US President opposes the proposal to update the Presidential debate rules for the two remaining schedules on Thursday, October 1. Since the first fragmented debate Trump-Biden on September 29, the debate commission reported that there would be new rules to the same format. While many members blamed Trump for the changes due to his constant interruption, the US president on Twitter saying that he “easily won”.

The Debate Commission later announced that the First Presidential debate for US Elections 2020 “made clear that additional structure should be added to the format of the remaining debates to ensure a more orderly discussion of the issues.”
According to the reports of The Associated Press, the remaining two presidential debates, the moderator will be empowered with an extraordinary power that is he may disconnect the microphones of the participant while the other participant is making a point or statement. The second presidential debate will be conducted in a town hall format at Miami on October 15.
What is the actual reason for the introduction of new rules in the presidential debate sessions?

I’m appealing to you, sir, to do that.” In reply, Trump said, “Ask him too”. Then the argument goes forward, and the moderator said, “Well, frankly, you’ve been doing more interrupting than he has.” Later as per the statement of Joe Biden, he called the debate “a national embarrassment.
Biden also said on Wednesday that he is in the hope that the Presidential Debate Commission would look for a better way to control the number of constant interruptions in the remaining debate sessions. Bidden said, “I just hope there’s a way in which the debate commission can control the ability of us to answer the questions without interruptions.”

Well, the constant interruptions by Trump did not give time to the opposing participant to make his point. The presidential debate commission is trying to find another way, but eventually, Trump refused to approve them. This will be very interesting to see that in the remaining debate sessions will Trump control his interruptions and will commission find a different or creative way to get the control.
