“You encourage your most trusted man (Buzdar) into the water to save your own rules. We haven’t seen men who don’t know thank you in our whole life,” he said. He also said that Imran Khan claimed a foreign conspiracy to drop it and blame him because he showed a fake letter in the rally the day before. He said Imran Khan lost the confidence of people, as evidenced by the party’s defeat of power in 15 out of 16 per day in recent months. Several other PDM leaders also discussed the meeting and they also announced to turn their general meetings into sit-ins and workers would camp until voting was held.
Imran Khan, 69, is heading for a coalition government and he can be removed if some partners decide to switch sides. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Casasaf has 155 members in the National Assembly of 342 members and requires at least 172 parliamentarians to maintain power. Pakistan plunged into uncertainty on March 8 after the combined opposition handed over the movement to the National Assembly along with the request to the speaker to summon the session in 14 days.
