Viral Video: Fishermen Rescue Bald Eagle From Death Grip Of An Octopus

A video that moves hair is doing a round on the internet that shows a bald eagle trapped in the grip of a large octopus. The recording was old, and was captured by a group of fishermen in Vancouver Canada in 2019. This shows the eagle struggles to free themselves from octopus tentacles in the water body. According to CNN, the fishermen were heading home when they heard the crying eagles and saw him struggling against squid. Since it was distributed again in Reddit, the clip has received more than 45,000 upvote.

The Guardian said in a report that the octopus caught the bird of the prey when trying to attack him. The fishermen initially worried that intervening in the battle, but finally decided to enter and slowly “peel the octopus”.They pulled the two animals towards their boat with the help of sticks and removing birds from squid. When the video ends, the bald eagle is seen sitting at the bottom of the tree while the octopus is pushed to the base of the water body.
