Sigachi Industries IPO share allotment finalised: Here is how to check

Microcrystalline cellulose manufacturer Sigachi Diligence on November 10 finalised the share allotment after closing the bidding on its public issue last week. The operation status can be checked online moreover on the BSE website or IPO register’s website, by following many easy way.

First option is to open the link on the IPO register’s website, Bigshare Services
.a) Elect the company name (Sigachi Diligence Limited) from the dropdown menu,

b) Choose between- Visage Number, or Operation Number/ CAF Number (Composite Application Form), or Beneficiary id-from the drop down menu in the Selection Type field.
c) And eventually click on the Hunt button.
a) Elect Equity in the Issue Type field, and Issue Name (Sigachi Diligence Ltd)

b) Enter Operation Number and Visage Number

c) Eventually check the box (I am not a robot) and click on the Hunt button.

The refunds will be credited to the bank accounts of unprofitable investors by November 11 and equity shares will be transferred to the demat accounts of eligible investors by November 12.

Eventually, the trading in equity shares will commence on the BSE and NSE with effect from November 15.
